Start Your Day With A Lemon

Everyone is thinking and talking about immunity these days and what we can do to stay healthy. One simple step you can do every morning, before having your morning Joe, is a glass of warm water with fresh squeezed lemon juice. Not only does it help maintain your body's pH balance, it's a boost of Vitamin C, helps digestion, detoxify's your liver (think about all those virtual happy hours!), helps your skin, weight loss and more. Just a little lemon squeeze into warm water to start your day is full of happy benefits. What's not to love? Keep them in your water all day long to help with hydration too.
