summer hiatus!
As many of you know, we close for season at the end of June for our annual summer hiatus. During this time we are shopping (scouring!) the markets for new merchandise for the upcoming season. We will reopen in early October and will post the exact date here later this summer. All pending special orders are monitored and take care of as planned throughout the summer. Let us know through email or voicemail if there is anything you'd like us to keep an eye for while we shop the markets. Thank you for your business and see you in October for our 69th season!

the benefit of a special order
The items shown on our web site are just a sampling of the large inventory we carry. The benefit of our store is that many items can be special ordered in your size, option of colors, and modifications such as sleeves. Another way to place orders is to attend one of our many trunk shows. Keep in mind, orders (especially mother of the bride) can take weeks and months to arrive, so allow plenty of time! It is never too early to place orders for events you have months in the future.
alteration department
Please call to discuss when you want to come in for a fitting and we can tell you what days are available. We do not work by appointment. In addition, once you purchase your item we have a team of talented seamstresses, both locally and in many cities across the country to assist with your fittings. Please note, our alterations are only for items purchased in the store.
