DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?
Yes! We ship throughout the United States and there is no sales tax when we ship out of the state. This is for all items bought in the store. Our basic service is FedEx ground, but expedited service is available at additional cost. All boxes are new and items are meticulously wrapped to protect the garments, including a garment bag and/or a zipper bag, along with plenty of tissue. You are provided with a tracking number so you know exactly when to expect your package.
DO YOU OFFER ALTERATIONS?
Yes! Our alteration department is open several days during the week. Alterations are priced according to the work needed. Alterations are only for garments purchased in the store...We do not work by appointment. Please call the store to check on which days a fitter will be working. We also have a list of fitters both in our area and out of state that we can recommend for you once you've made your purchase.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENT?
Many styles are made with very expensive, delicate fabrics so we suggest you be extra careful how you handle wearing and cleaning them. We are not responsible for the wear, dry cleaning, or laundering of any item once it leaves the store. However we may be able to offer guidance on how to handle any issues such as stains or tears, so before you do anything please feel free to call us for advice.
DO YOU HAVE PRIVATE PARKING?
Yes! We have several private parking spaces for your convenience right at our front door.
CAN I SPECIAL ORDER?
Special orders are our specialty so if you fall in love with one of our items that is not your size or color or if you want to make changes to it, we are happy to place a special order just for you. Special orders are not custom made; they are based on a standard size per your measurements. Typically you will still need an alteration to get the exact fit you want. Special orders require a deposit and are non-returnable. Ordering times vary according to the garment and can vary from a few days to several months.. Order early!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are happy to return eligible items within 72 hours with an original receipt. All items are inspected prior to approval for the return. Returns are for store credit only. Items NOT returnable include: special orders, altered garments, evening wear, jewelry, and accessories.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS OR GIFT WRAP?
Yes, we have both! We have nina raynor gift cards available for purchase in the store or over the phone. We can also gift wrap and ship them for you. We offer beautiful complimentary gift wrap on all items.
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
No, we do not work by appointment. Please come at your convenience during normal business hours.
